Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

We strive hard and attempt best to do same day delivery of order but we cannot promise so. We are going to process the orders on the same day when the order is confirmed within 24 hours of the specified date and time by making our full 100% effort to deliver the order as requested.

The Luxury Florett might need some additional information for delivery if the order is to be delivered at a different location like beneficiary’s number, contact name and complete address.

Delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances which are beyond human control like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, pandemics and during rush hour days like Rose Day, Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas, New year Eve etc.., the order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances.

On special Days like New Year, Christmas, Valentine Day, Mother’s Day etc, the orders will be processed and delivered up to 48 hours of requested date and time slot of order or from the time of placing the order whichever is later.

Remote Delivery/ Extended Delivery – Customers are required to pay additional delivery charge for delivery to remote area/ rural area/ extended delivery area.
